Kyle joined the firm as an associate after attending the George Washington University Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor on the George Washington Law Review and as a member of the moot court board.

Kyle handles civil litigation cases exclusively for injured Plaintiffs, including injuries and wrongful deaths that occur from car crashes, bicycle crashes, medical malpractice, and dangerous conditions on property or land.

Kyle’s experience both during and after law school has prepared him well for the practice of law. He worked at the Stravitz Law Firm as a law clerk starting the summer of his second year, where he got substantial experience with preparing personal injury cases for litigation. In his third year of law school, Kyle served as a law clerk at a non-profit focused on international litigation, where he drafted substantive motions and discovery materials in Federal Court cases brought under the Torture Victim Prevention Act and Alien Tort Statute.

During law school, Kyle focused on classes that would prepare him for a career as a litigator, including trial advocacy, evidence, and federal courts. He developed his legal research and writing skills on the Law Review, where as a Notes Editor he helped teach classes on note-writing for newer members.

At various times throughout his life, Kyle has been an Uber driver, an English teacher in China, a customer service representative, and a traveling remodeler of auto parts stores. These experiences in different settings make him an excellent people person, a better communicator, and a better lawyer. In addition to his work as an attorney, Kyle enjoys photography, road trips, and raising a dog with his girlfriend.
